Word War vi made the Fedora 11 games DVD

Apr 8, 2009:

It looks like Word War vi, my silly little Defender-ish video game made it onto the Fedora 11 games spin DVD. This isn’t too much of a surprise, as I had been contacted back when Fedora 9 was going on and was trying to get it on the Fedora 9 games spin. Well, I guess there wasn’t a Fedora 9 games spin, or a Fedora 10 games spin, but looks like there may be a Fedora 11 games spin. And my game is on it. Cool.

So, if you want to try the game, but don’t have a linux box, here’s your chance. The Fedora games spin is a “live” DVD you can boot from, and run, but it doesn’t touch your hard drive. Grab the DVD iso, burn it, boot it, and play it. When you’ve had enough, shutdown, eject the disc, and boot back up into your usual Windows hell or whatever.
