Tonight’s dinner: Steelhead trout and grilled veggies

What I made for supper tonight. I hesitate to make such a banal, cliche of a meaningless post to the goddamn internet. But, what the fuck, it’s my blog, and at least it’s not twitter. I’ll be brief, and colorful.

Steelhead trout with grilled vegetables

Steelhead trout with a pineapple coconut mango tequila sauce, grilled red bell peppers and zucchini. The bell peppers and zucchini I just sliced up and grilled for about ten minutes per side, turning them over a few times and moving them around as needed to keep them from burning or being too raw. The trout, I wrapped in foil with a bit of olive oil, and threw that on the grill, five minutes per side, turning once. The wine is a tart little inexpensive Argentinian Torrontes.
